很多人都知道這首歌是電影「小太陽的願望」主題曲，
但很少人知道這是Devotchka這個台灣沒有唱片商肯代理、但在歐美仍頗受歡迎的團體所唱。
我第一次聽到這首歌不是因為Little Miss Sunshine，
而是因為這首歌同時也是「戰爭機器2」北美地區電視廣告「Last Day] 的配樂。
在「Last Day」裡面，是Delta小隊一行人在進入地底前稍作喘息的場景，
馬克斯坐在樹下看天空，多姆又在看愛妻瑪莉亞的照片，
柯爾拿著sniper練習時，從瞄準器裡看見原野上美麗的紅罌粟…
雖然畫面中沒有出現巴德的正面(只有剪影)，但他應該是在整備他要駕駛的瑪莉蓮吧。
最後這些gears當然還是要深入地底，
當背景音樂唱到「You already know~~you already know ~~how this will end.」時，
真的會覺得那畫面未免也太悲壯了……
遊戲中的人類真的打了太漫長的仗，
先是為了伊姆能源而自己打自己，就打了79年，
在獸人掀地板發動攻擊的E Day後，又跟這群怪物打了15年，
難怪總司令演講時會說「我們的歷史就是戰爭的歷史」，真是嚇死人了，
這麼長的戰爭，到底哪來那麼多壯丁去打啊？
戰爭機器這款遊戲玩起來確實是好玩又過癮，
不過那也是因為是跟想要滅絕人類的獸人打才有那種合理性及保家衛國的正義感，
如果是玩那79年的鐘擺戰爭，那還真的是敬謝不敏，人打人不好啦。
Anyway，因為「Last Day」的關係，所以我才會去找到這首歌的歌詞，
還真的是首很棒的好歌啊，詞曲和歌聲都這麼優，沒有發片商肯代理真的好可惜喔！
